Number of complaints are displayed geographically.



It is clearly evident that the highest number of complaints are from California, followed by Florida, New Yok and Texas.

Number of complaints are based on company



In this graph we have displayed which companies are getting the maximum number of coplaints. Bank of America tops the list, followed by Wells Fargo & Company, Equifax, Experian and JPMorgan Chanse & Co.

Number of complaints with Time-series analysis



Time series analysis of #complaints is very crucial. Here we observe how the number of complaints generally peak in mid year.

The forecast for 2017 is shown in red color. We can observe that the number of complaints will be lower than the previous years if we go by the preictions. Happy yeah, eh!!

Number of complaints reported via different mediums



Number of complaints reported via web are the highest. It is really interesting to note that as the #complaints increase via web, the other mediums shrink.

Timely error reporting spread acoss different products.



When #complaints are soreted based on the products, we notice, mortage related complaints are the higest. This is followed by Debt collection which has the higest number of dis-satisfied consumers as they report untimely response.

Summary


California reports the highest complaints

States where most of the cities are located (centers of commerce and business), report the highest #complaints. Makes sense as the top complaints are about mortgage and loans.

Web is the preferred way to report complaints

Web is the preferred way to report complaints. This shows that web has high penetration and high confidence among consumers.

Morgate related complaints top the chart

From the analysis, it is seen that mortgages and loans are the biggest areas facing complaints./p>

Forecasts

Forecasts predict, the #complaints will decrease in 2017. More happy customers in 2017.
